Shipping Information

ORDERS

By placing an order, you are agreeing to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Orders can be made directly via our secure online store. Mini Mase welcomes payment by Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Apple Pay and PayPal via the website.

Payment is required in full before all products are shipped out.

SHIPPING

At Mini Mase our purpose is to provide a fantastic shopping experience from wherever you may be in Australia and therefore we are focused on quality products and great service. It is important to us that you love your purchase. To ensure each product meets our standards and arrives perfectly we inspect each order before shipping.

Shipping times are estimated between 3 to 7 business days depending on your postcode location within Australia and if the item is in stock. Shipping costs are calculated on weight and the prices will range from $8 - $50 using either Sendle Courier service for smaller items and Allied Express for large items including the Mini Pit.  Tracking delivery is available on both services . If your parcel says delivered on the tracking info but goes missing, Mini Mase take no responsibility. Delivery of your purchase may be subject to delays resulting from the postal service for which we will not be responsible. 

All orders are to be shipped directly to nominated street address by the customer, we do not send to PO box addresses within Australia. We do not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during transit or for incorrect information been given. Please take care when filling out your delivery details to ensure you have given accurate details. We are unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched.

FAULTY/DAMANGED ITEMS

Here at Mini Mase we pride ourselves on the quality of our products.  If you believe your item has arrived faulty or damaged please send us an email to hello@minimase.com within 2 days of receiving your product - attached with photos, description, order number, name, address and description of the fault.  Any longer than this time we unfortunately cannot accept the return. We are then happy to resolve the issue by repairing, exchanging or refunding the item. We will assess and fault or damage on a case-by-case basis and it is at our discretion to determine whether an item can be returned and replaced on this basis. Do not return your item until you have been asked to by Mini Mase and have been given further instructions. Please note you will need to return the product back to us in its original received condition before we can issue any kind of replacement or refund. The refund will be deposited in the same way payment was made.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

If an item you are interested in purchasing is displayed as ‘Out of Stock’, please contact us at hello@minimase.com for details on when/if the item will be available. 

CHANGE OF MIND

Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind. Before purchasing any of our products please read the description carefully, as well as taking note of the measurements.  We are happy to advise you if you are not sure on a product. Please email us for more information on the description. Please note colours may appear differently on your screen than the actual product.
